The Nuclear Human Resources Group (NHRG) consists of all the electric utility companies in the US and Canada who manage and operate nuclear power facilities, including support organizations. The NHRG encompasses several working groups that share and exchange information in the areas of HR management, organizational effectiveness (OR), employee relations, total rewards, knowledge management, leadership development and talent management.
The Nuclear Human Resources Group (NHRG) Charter states that we “Provide a forum for nuclear Human Resource and OR practitioners to exchange information on Human Resource and Organizational Effectiveness management issues that uniquely affect Nuclear Power Operations.”
